Why to buy Yucatan real estate

In the Yucatan real estate market there are many homes to buy, John and I fell in love with Merida which is located in Yucatan Mexico. When we went on a vacation to Yucatan we never thought we would buy a piece of Yucatan real estate. Merida is becoming more popular than ever with US buyers, it is even attracting buyers from the UK and Europe as there are flights from London direct into Cancun.

We have met a lovely couple from London who said they love their Yucatan real estate investment. The reason it is an investment is that they only use it 4 weeks a year as they are still yet to retire. Currently the couple use their UK work holiday entitlement to visit their Mexico Vacation Home an agent has it rented out other times, so it is a good deal for them. They leave some of their items in a spare bedroom in the home which is a good practical idea, they lock this room and it means they can bring out some of their favorite personal items when they visit without the risk of items being broken.

I have asked them to write a journal so I can put in on the internet about Merida real estate and Property in Yucatan as more people are keen to buy here. The best thing about Yucatan is the people, I have managed to make numerous amounts of friends and have thought about creating a friend of Yucatan club. I have met many home buyers as they are walking the streets they often come up to us asking about our home as we have been working on the exterior recently, they often ask so ‘how about Merida real estate' or buying real estate in Yucatan?

My friend Susan has announced that she is ready to buy a home, however she has decided to buy a bed and breakfast she saw advertised on www.residemexico.com this will give her an opportunity to move here she is looking to work part time via the internet and use her bed and breakfast as another stream of income.
