Home Page Author Terms of Service Whilst at Article Gems we believe each author and their articles should be treated as special Gems, we expect authors to follow our rules. Unfortunately although we are strong believers in the Freedom of Speech we can not for legal reasons accept any article that would be deemed illegal, e.g. inciting race hate, instructions on how to build bombs, etc - you get the idea. Once your articles are published on articles gems be prepared for them to be picked up by others. Article-Gems is free to publishers and authors as are our RSS Feeds and Ezine Notifications. We encourage every author to edit their profile and include a picture of themselves. Your author profile also includes another four link opportunities back to your websites. After approximately 10 articles submitted deemed to of been of high enough quality by the editors, Authors will qualify as an Article Gems expert author. A copy of the HTML for displaying two banner options will be sent to author for acknowledging this achievement on their websites, blogs, etc as they see fit. We encourage authors to display this banner because as Article-Gems grows so will mutually beneficial traffic levels WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ARTICLES with links to buying illegal drugs, steroids, HGH, replica goods that breach trademark laws, articles that promote unethical behavior such as buying term papers and academic fraud, nor articles that conflict with Google's terms of service e.g. porn, prostitution, etc. Hence we are no longer taking further articles on sex toys and similar topics If you use software to submit your articles make sure it does not double up the resource information - if you do this you will be immediately banned as people are ignoring our emails to fix this problem. Remember to obey the laws of your local country - e.g. in many countries it is illegal to buy prescription drugs online. However because article-gems is an international site with an international audience it is not fair to others to ban such links because the law differs from country to country. Article-gems expects each person to obey their local laws! We do not accept liability in relation to any links from articles, nor in relation to the content of articles on article-gems. Seek professional advice in relation to any decisions you make. Do NOT have more than 3 links - and put them in the resource box only. Do NOT use Hard Breaks Your article must be YOUR own original article - your own work - not just another copy nor produced using a computer program designed to artificially create content. Such articles degrade article directories and you as an author. PLEASE SUBMIT UNIQUE ARTICLES TO ARTICLE-GEMS - not ones submitted and indexed in many other article directories already - you are just creating duplicate content for no long term benefit. We accept no liability in relation to any article submitted nor their links and reserve the right to accept or reject any article, or accept or decline any author. You will be banned from submitting articles if you fail to comply with our terms of service and we reserve the right to take legal action against spammers. ARTICLE-GEMS IS NO LONGER FREE TO JOIN AND NOW ENTAILS A ONE TIME $10 SIGN UP FEE until further notice to discourage spammers - help keep article-gems human edited.
